I am so excited to share that one of my doctoral candidates, Emma Chen, has just published a beautiful article in The Conversation. The article, 5 Was Immigrant Parents Support Children’s Home Language Learning is an incredible and important exploration of immigrant parent knowledge in practice. 

Emma is a doctoral candidate whose research focuses on immigrant parent knowledge and how immigrant parents use their knowledge to practice Heritage language education with their children at home and at school.
